Slyrs Bairish Coffee Likör 0,5l, alc. 28 Vol.-%

The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whisky since 1999. In the early days, the Lantenhammer distillery was home to production, from 2007 onwards in its own premises in the immediate vicinity of Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent and autonomous company, which is now known beyond the borders of Germany with a large number of different bottlings.

Der Slyrs Bairish Coffee Likör entstand aus einer Kooperation der Brennerei Slyrs und der bayerischen Kaffeerösterei Dinzler. Dabei wurde der für 3-6 Jahre gereifte Single Malt Whisky mit mildem, fruchtig-frischem Cold Brew Kaffee aus der äthiopischen Arabica Bohne Sidamo angereichert. Für die Süße sorgen Extrakte aus Karamell und Vanilleschoten.

Aroma: Kaffee mit einer leichten Süße von Karamell und Whisky.

Geschmack: Intensiver Kaffee, süße Sahnebonbons, Karamell und etwas Eiche.
