An association under the leadership of James Allardice founded the Glendronach distillery in the Scottish town of Huntly in 1826. Most recently under the leadership of Billy Walker, the distillery first became an insider tip and later an iconic brand. Glendronach's single malts, which are matured entirely in Spanish sherry casks, are particularly popular.

Glendronach 12 Jahre reifte die komplette Zeit in ehemaligen Sherryfässern. Abgefüllt mit 43 % vol. Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff.

Aroma: Milchschokolade und Gewürze, unterschwellige Süße mit Nüssen und Anklängen dunkler Frucht.

Geschmack: Süße und Würze im Mix mit Karamell und Pfeffer, unterschwellige Fruchtigkeit mit trockener Eiche.
