Bruichladdich 18 Jahre 1984 Enlightment Single Malt Scotch Whisky 0,7l, 53,7 Vol.-%

The Bruichladdich distillery was founded in 1881 by the Harvey brothers on the shores of Loch Indaal. Closed in 1994, a group of private investors breathed new life into the distillery in 2000. Today, Bruichladdich produces single malt whisky under its own name on the island of Islay without any peat smoke. The Port Charlotte is a medium smoky whisky and the Octomore is the world's smokiest single malt.

Bruichladdich 1984 18 Jahre Enlightment reifte von 1984 bis 2002 in zwei einzelnen Bourbonfässern (14+15). Abgefüllt mit kräftigen 53,7 vol. % Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff und nicht kältefiltriert.

Aroma: Intensive Früchte, cremige Vanille mit buttriger Kante, aromatische Gewürze mit trockener Eichenholznote.

Geschmack: Reife Weintrauben, Äpfel und Birnen, Vanille und Honig, angenehme Würzigkeit und etwas nussige Eiche.
