The Macallan distillery, located in the small town of Craigellachie on the banks of the River Spey, was one of the first legal distilleries in Scotland. Founded in 1824, Macallan is now one of the largest producers of single malt whisky in Scotland. Old bottlings regularly fetch record sums at auctions worldwide. Since 2017, the new distillery has been producing on a total of 36 stills.

Macallan 25 Year Old Sherry Oak matured the entire time in European oak casks that previously contained the finest sherry.. Bottled at 43% alcohol by volume, without coloring.

Aroma: Dried fruit, such as oranges, raisins and apricots, underlined by ginger and oak.

Taste: Rich character of dried fruit, black cherries, dark chocolate combined with ginger and roasted almonds.
