Green Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 0,7l, alc. 40 Vol.-%

In 1966, the companies John Power & Son, John Jameson & Son and the Cork Distilleries Company (which operated the Old Midleton Distillery) merged to form the Irish Distillers Group. Subsequently, it was decided to close the existing distilleries and concentrate all production in a new, very modern facility. This was built in Midleton. In 1975, production ended at the Old Jameson Distillery and began at the new one. The old distillery has since been converted into a visitor center.

Green Spot reifte für nicht definierte Zeit in einer Kombination aus ehemaligen Bourbon- und Sherryfässern. Abgefüllt mit milden 40 % vol. Alkohol.

Aroma: Getreidebetont mit cremiger Süße, leichter Würze und nussigen Anklängen.

Geschmack: Süß mit Vanille und Toffee, etwas Gewürznelke, Anklänge von grünen Äpfeln und etwas Eiche.
