Ripened from bud to fruit directly into the bottle. In the fall, the fine fruits are then picked from the tree in their GLASHAUS - our original Williams-Christ pears.

Only the best are filled with Williams-Christ pear brandy. Refilled again and again, the pear releases its fine aroma over the years.
