Located in Rüdenau near Miltenberg, St. Kilian Distillers is the largest whisky distillery in Germany. In a former clothing factory, the distillery produces single malt whisky with Scottish hardware and Irish software. St. Kilian is best known for its Bud Spencer and Terence Hill whiskies.

This special bottling was released for the 1st St. Kilian Whisky Festival. St. Kilian Whiskyfestival Edition matured for an undefined period in ex Garisson Brother 55l casks and is heavily peated at 54ppm. Bottled with 58,4% vol. Alcohol, without colorant, not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Peat smoke, vanilla and subtle BBQ notes, underpinned with ripe apricots and yellow pears and rounded off by crisp malt with ashy flavors.

Taste: juicy fruit sweetness of yellow pears and ripe apricots with creamy vanilla, mild peat smoke.
