Slyrs Fifty One Single Malt Whisky 0,7l, alc. 51 Vol.-%

The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whisky since 1999. In the early days, the Lantenhammer distillery was home to production, from 2007 onwards in its own premises in the immediate vicinity of Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent and autonomous company, which is now known beyond the borders of Germany with a large number of different bottlings.

Slyrs Fifty One first matured for an undefined period in fresh American white oak barrels (Virgin Oak) and was then matured in various wine barrels. Bottled with a strong 51% alcohol by volume, without colorant and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Muted floral with moss and herbs, dark dried fruit, spices and some wood.

Taste: Tart and cereal with a delicate sweetness, herbal sweets, prunes and orange peel.
