The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whisky since 1999. In the early days, the Lantenhammer distillery was home to production, from 2007 onwards in its own premises in the immediate vicinity of Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent and autonomous company, which is now known beyond the borders of Germany with a large number of different bottlings.
Slyrs Classic reifte für nicht definierte Zeit in frischen Fässern aus amerikanischer Weisseiche (Virgin Oak). Abgefüllt mit 43 vol. % Alkohol, ohne Farbstoff und nicht kältefiltriert.
Aroma: Cremige Süße mit geröstetem Gerstenmalz, buttrigen Noten, trockenes Eichenholz.
Geschmack: Süß mit Marshmallows und Karamell, Getreide und frische Eiche, leicht kräutrig.
