Redbreast 18 years 0,7l, alc. 46 Vol.-%

In 1966, the companies John Power & Son, John Jameson & Son and the Cork Distilleries Company (which operated the Old Midleton Distillery) merged to form the Irish Distillers Group. Subsequently, it was decided to close the existing distilleries and concentrate all production in a new, very modern facility. This was built in Midleton. In 1975, production ended at the Old Jameson Distillery and began at the new one. The old distillery has since been converted into a visitor center.

Redbreast 18 years matured the entire time in a combination of bourbon, oloroso, cream sherry and ruby port casks. Bottled with 46 % vol. alcohol.

Aroma: Fruit aromas such as berries, cherries and figs come together.

Taste: Full-bodied and round, with oak tannins.
