Founded in 1896, Aberfeldy Distillery is located in the village of the same name on the banks of the River Tay. Translated, the name of the distillery means "mouth of the Feldy". The single malts from Aberfeldy are characterized by a distinctive sweetness that is often associated with honey. Complemented by fruity aspects, the whiskies from this Highland distillery are particularly suitable for beginners.

Aberfeldy mit 12 Jahren reifte die komplette Zeit in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern und ist mit milden 40 % vol. Alkohol abgefüllt.

Aroma: Süß mit Honig und einem Hauch Vanille, sattes Getreide und Anklänge von Kiwi und Birne.

Geschmack: Malzig und süß mit zarter Würzigkeit, leichter Fruchtsäure und -süße, milde Eiche.
