Founded in 1896, Aberfeldy Distillery is located in the village of the same name on the banks of the River Tay. Translated, the name of the distillery means "mouth of the Feldy". The single malts from Aberfeldy are characterized by a distinctive sweetness that is often associated with honey. Complemented by fruity aspects, the whiskies from this Highland distillery are particularly suitable for beginners.

Aberfeldy 18 years matured in former Bourbon barrels, finish in Tuscan Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barrels . Bottled with 43 % vol. alcohol.

Aroma: Ripe berries with a delicate mix of sweetness and acidity, dry oak with nut chocolate.

Taste: Intense notes of vanilla spice and cherry almond tart, followed by sliced green bell pepper, lime and soft oak.
